來到 Part 4，會講講Channel(頻道)的應用，要清楚的是Channel 的設定並不會影響廣告的內容，它只是個 Tracking tool。Channel 可以幫助 Adsense 用家分析若干廣告組的表現，從而找出最有效益的廣告組及廣告位置。通常 Adsense 用家都不會只放一個廣告在網站上吧，藉著 Channel 的數據，我們可以找出表現最好/最差的廣告位置，再作出優化。

Channel 可分為 Custom channels(自訂頻道) 同埋 URL channel(URL 頻道)，用家可設定最多200個 channels (包括Custom channels及URL channel)。URL channel 係方便擁有多個網站的用家分析個別網站的表現，而Custom Channel 就可分析個別廣告組的表現。

要設定 URL Channel ，只要到 Adsense Setup->Channels->URL Channels， click “add new URL channels”，輸入你要分析的網站的網址即可。

而 Custom Channel 就係 Adsense Setup->Channels->Custom Channels， click “add new Custom channels”，輸入Channel 的名字就可。例如有個放在 Sidebar的，可設channel 名為 Sidebar，放在每個 post 後面的可以叫做 afterpost。用家可以為每個網站設 Channel，再為每個廣告組設 channel。

移植式穩形眼鏡，其實我一向不明白為什麼戴穩形眼鏡的人可以用手指將個鏡片”塞”入去眼度，我個人覺得好恐怖，所以我一直沒戴穩形眼鏡，縱使它可使我的細眼大返小小。對這個預測，我認為如果一樣要做手術的話，為什麼不做激光呢，起碼不用加東西入眼。

香港的蘋果日報已做了，現時看蘋果日報的舊新聞不用再付錢了，相信網上的廣告收入比用戶訂閱的收入高吧。
